The group of islands were named after the French navigator Antoine Raymond Joseph de Bruni D'Entrecasteaux who, in his ship the Espérance, passed through the area in 1782 while searching for his missing compatriot, La Pérouse.

Do you mean Galley Reach? Galley Reach is an hour's drive from Port Moresby along the Hiritano Highway. It is one of the best fishing spots close to Port MOresby.

Sorry Central City is only an idea as far as I know. The planned Central City will be located at Bautama near Port Moresby.

It is along the road to Sogeri. It is near the Laloki River.

Yule island is located about 115km west of Port Moresby along the Hiritano Highway.
The trip by road from Port Moresby will take about 2 hours, which will take you into the Kara Logging Point or Poukama and Delena villages where a dinghy will then take you to the island. Apart from enjoying the beautiful sceneries, fishing, swimming, sightseeing and bushwalking are some recreational activities to do whilst on the island.

The March Girls Resort lies along Magi Highway outside Port Moresby near Gaire village. It is a modern resort that caters for accommodation, picnic, meals, weddings and conference facilities.

- Where is the Lolota Resort?
This resort is just 20 minutes by car from Jacksons international airport and another 25 minutes by boat to the island. The resort ferry makes trips, upon bookings, from Tahira Boat Centre in Bootless Bay. Loloata provides colonial-style accommodation with conference facilities and there are amenities for fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking, sail boarding and other recreational activities. The island can be explored in about an hour by bushwalking or taking a leisurely stroll along the beach.

The Black Cat Track or Trail is a rough overland track in Morobe Province, PNG. It runs from the village of Salamaua on the coast of the Huon Gulf, south into the mountains to the township of Wau.
The track started out in the 1920s and 30s as a trail for prospectors seeking to get rich on the gold in Wau.

Labutali is along the Huon Gulf peninsula in Morobe Province. It is being relocated some 2.5 kilometers inland as a direct result of rising sea levels.
The new village site called Pohamo is currently being cleared by the villagers. Volunteer architecture students from several Australian universities and PNG's University of Technology are building the new aid post under the relocation program. The aid post is the first permanent development that would be surrounded by new homes.
