The Far Cairn Rally is a long-running Australian motorcycle rally organized by the BMW Touring Club of NSW. The 2026 event is the 18th Far Cairn Rally and serves as a fundraising event for the Motorcycle Accident Rehabilitation Initiative (MARI) and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Why "Far Cairn"?
The rally takes its name from the Centre Cairn Monument, which marks the geographical center of New South Wales. The monument is about 42 km from Tottenham via a gravel-road route near Five Ways.
The rally is open to all motorcyclists, not just BMW riders. Tottenham can be reached by sealed roads, and there are also dirt-road approaches that appeal to adventure riders.
